This giant hosta reaches upwards of 1 metre high and 4 feet wide. This hosta has lightly corrugated leaves, upright, vased-shape hosta with slight cupped, thick blue leaves.  Blue Hawaii retains its colouration through the season when grown in full to heavy shade.   Pale lavender flowers in early summer. Slug resistant.
