Welcome to Blooms Canada where you will find a selection of easy-care perennial plants & bulbs at reasonable prices. Gardening does not have to be time-consuming or expensive. Our prices and selection will help you on your way to achieving a care-free beautiful garden without the price tag that you can appreciate.
For spring orders, we collect orders throughout the winter months online and we ship starting in April and into May once the risk of frost has past via Canada Post Expedited. No one wants to receive their plants and bulbs only to find they froze in shipping.
For fall orders, we collect orders through the summer and fall and start shipping in September right through till November.
All bulbs and bareroot perennials are grade one sized plants with one or two eyed roots unless otherwise stated in the plant descriptions.

Refund Policy:
Our refund policy is based on what we can control which is the state of the plant or roots at the time of delivery. If the plants or roots are not in acceptable condition at the time of delivery we ask you to notify us within 48 hours of the delivery of your order along with photos as proof of condition. This is reasonable as we do not control how the plants are stored, treated or grown thereafter.
